主要研究方向
微生物生态学。2005年以来一直从事外来入侵植物紫茎泽兰的入侵机理研究,主要从与紫茎泽兰关系密切的微生物入手,包括其根际土壤微生物,叶内生微生物为研究对象,探明这些微生物的物种组成和遗传多样性;它们与紫茎泽兰的相互作用关系,包括对紫茎泽兰的生长竞争效应、抗病抗虫机理等。为防除紫茎泽兰和其他外来种的风险管理提供理论指导。目前在该领域主持了3个国家自然科学基金地区项目,包括(1)入侵植物根际微环境的反馈调节机理研究,NO. 30560033,2006/01-2008/12;(2)叶内共生真菌对入侵植物紫茎泽兰逃逸天敌作用的影响,NO.30960077,2010/01-2012/12;(3)紫茎泽兰叶内生真菌对其他植物的致病潜力及其生态效应研究,NO.31360153,2014/01-2017/12.
